Their Tempus platform is the part worth knowing about for growers: wireless control with no wire to trench, which is what makes automating an established planting practical.

Best for: The unit for a valve with no power to it at all — fully waterproof, battery operated, and programmed from the Tempus DC app rather than at the box. Best for: Wireless control with remote access, and the reason it gets specified: there is no wire to trench. On ground that is already planted, or blocks spread across a site, running cable is usually the whole cost of automating — this removes it. Zones are set and adjusted from anywhere instead of walking out to each valve. It also takes sensor inputs — pump start relay, flow meters, pressure, rain, humidity and soil moisture — so the system responds to what the water and the weather are actually doing rather than running to a fixed clock. Handles fertigation as well as irrigation, and carries 4G, Wi-Fi, LoRa and Bluetooth together
